Obituary of Henrie Verhoeven

Peacefully at LHSC (University) on Thursday, December 8, 2011 with his family by his side. Henricus Verhoeven of Strathroy in his 80th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Nellie (Van Bree). Loving father of Josie DeBorger (Anthony Turko) and their children Ryan (Nadia), Michael (Karla), Mitchell (Terri) and Alex Turko; Lucy Eves (Gary) and their children Brian (dec. 2010) (Julie) (Scott & Johnny), Kelly Nethercott (Robert) (Austin & Aidan) and Jeff (Vanessa); Patsy Braun (Bob) and their children Bobby (Julie) and Danny; Margie Soetemans (Louis) and their children Justin (Alyssa) (Owen), Brandon (Angela) and Krystin; Henry (Kim) and their children Philip Draper (Suzanne Paff) (Blake) Sara Free and her daughter Chiara; and Rick Verhoeven and his sons Cody, Dustin and Hunter. Predeceased by his infant son Petey. Will also be sadly missed by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Sunday, December 11 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Catholic Church, Strathroy on Monday, December 12 at 2 pm with Fr. Lucio Couto officiating. Private interment to follow at Watford Catholic Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
