Obituary of Heather Carey Swenson

Peacefully at Age Care in Parkhill with family by her side on March 30^th, 2025, Heather Swenson passed away at the age of 78. Heather was the loving wife of Nils Swenson together for 55 cherished years. Devoted mom of Karl (Julie) Swenson and Angela (Chris) Sheriff. Beloved Mormor and Farmor of Emily, Ethan, Fiona, and Chloe. 

Heather loved spending time with her family on the farm. She enjoyed camping in the trailer and travelling all over the States with Nils. She was an avid reader and appreciated being out in nature. Heather spent many hours volunteering her time making church dinners at the United Church in Thedford, where she was also a member of the choir. Heather made many relationships within her community and will truly be missed.

Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF PARKHILL (183 Broad Street, Parkhill ON) on Saturday April 5^th, 2025, from 1:00pm until 4:00pm.
