Gary was a proud and devoted farmer in McGillivray Township. He spent his entire lifetime working on the family farm where he was born and raised—a place that shaped his values and his life’s work. A quiet, hardworking man, Gary led by example and instilled strong values in his family.

He was often heard saying, “Get your work done,” a phrase that perfectly captured his tireless dedication. Gary never stood still — there was always something to do on the farm. Despite his busy days, Gary always made time for what mattered most: his family. He especially cherished his grandchildren, who were his pride and joy. Whether working alongside them or sharing a laugh, Gary created a lifetime of memories that will be treasured by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF AILSA CRAIG on Sunday, May 11th, 2025, from 1:00pm until 5:00pm. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home the following day on Monday, May 12th, 2025, at 11:00am with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at the Parkhill Cemetery.
