Obituary of George Cameron

Peacefully at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy on Sunday, November 18, 2012. George Earl Cameron of Strathroy and formerly Sarnia in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Hillman) Cameron (1997). Loving father of Bill & Diane Cameron of Shouldice Lake Ontario and their children; Derek Cameron and Keith Baguley of Toronto and Erica Cameron & Anthony Randall (Nolan and Alistair) of Toronto, Brenda Cameron of London and her children; the late Miranda Garrison, Vanessa Garrison (Corgan) of Ft. Erie, Ontario, Doug and Donna Glithero of Strathroy and their children; Jenna and Justin Vanboxtel of Strathroy, Matt Glithero and Tori Vanhoogenhuize of Strathroy and Becky Glithero of Strathroy, Cathy Ysebaert and the late John Ysebaert and their children; Sherry Ysebaert and Bert Melo (Mia) of Strathroy, Beth Cain and late Mark Cain (Emily and Justin) of Sarnia and Christie and Troy Wessner (Samantha and Alexander) of Sarnia, Sheila McLeod and Greg Ayris of Watford and their children; Sierra Ayris and Sean Ayris of Strathroy and George and Nora Cameron of Sarnia. Also survived by his sister Agnes Sargeant of Ingersoll. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Wednesday, November 21 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment at Resurrection Cemetery will be held at a later date. Donations to the Strathmere Lodge Auxiliary or charity of choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to George.
