Obituary of Jacob DeBoer

With deep sadness we announce the passing of Jacob "Jake" William DeBoer at London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Campus on Saturday, July 7, 2012 in his 62nd year. Loving husband of Frances (nee Kroll) for 41 years. Beloved father of Kimberly of Calgary, AB and Drewe of Brantford, ON. Predeceased by parents Mel and Grace DeBoer and brothers John, Jess, James and Gerritt DeBoer. Survived by siblings Mike (Ann) DeBoer, Henry DeBoer, Lena Beekman, Teresa (Bryan) Overbeek and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Monday, July 9th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Denning Bros Funeral Home, Strathroy. A funeral service will be held at Strathroy United Church on Tuesday, July 10th at 1:00 pm with Reverend Julia Sinclair and Reverend John Koole officiating. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Jake.
