Obituary of Arnold Charlton

Suddenly, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. Arnold Scott Charlton of Strathroy in his 85th year. Son of the late Herbert and Catherine Ida Charlton. Survived by his daughters Susan (Ken) (2011) Oke, Catherine (Larry) Purdy and Laurie (Paul) McNab and their mother Elizabeth (Betty) Charlton. Loving grandfather of Mary-Lynn (Craig) Roskos, Steven (Andrea) Oke, David (Cindy) Oke, Marc (Jill) Purdy, Kara (Jarett) Hogland, Krista (Chris) Corlett and Lindsay McNab (Alex Maurice) and great grandfather of 9. Dear brother of Blake & Elizabeth Charlton and George (2010) & Virginia Charlton. Arnold farmed in Lobo Township and was an employee of Lobo Township until he retired and moved to Strathroy. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, March 30 from 6-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 31 at 11 AM with Rev. Julia Sinclair officiating. Interment to follow in Poplar Hill Cemetery. Donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
