Obituary of Wm Gibson

Suddenly, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Wednesday, May 4, 2011. William Bruce Gibson of Melbourne and formerly of Strathroy in his 77th year with his loving wife, Shirley Gibson (Hill) by his side. Cherished father of Pam (Hugh) Hillis, David (Mary Jane) Gibson, Rick (Tara) Gibson, Debbie (Brian) Wolfe, Cindy (Dan) Walsh, Karen (David) Milliken and Kim (Doug) Cole. Will be sadly missed by his 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Ruth Mills (Lyle Mills 2011). Predeceased by his parents Russell and Alma Gibson and in-laws Donald and Caroline Hill. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and sister-in-law's and brother-in-law's. Friends will be received at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 116, Strathroy on Saturday. May 14 from 10 am till 11 am when a Celebration of Bruce's life will be held with Rev. Charles Seed officiating. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital or the Strathroy Legion Branch 116 Poppy Fund would be appreciated.
