Obituary of Walter Whittington

At Sprucedale Care Centre on Monday, April 25, 2011, Walter Thomas Whittington in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Ethel Mae Whittington (nee Wilson). Dear father of Raymond and Hazel Whittington of Strathroy, Daniel and Cheryl Whittington of Newbury, Thomas Whittington of Strathroy and the late Darlene Whittington of Alvinston. Loving grandfather of Cindy, Josh and Jordana, Justin, Megan, Travis, Nathan and the late Jeff. Great grandfather of Joel, Michael, Walter, Emma and Alex. Survived by his sisters Doris Black and Edith Keating. Friends will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Thursday, April 28th from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am from the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow in Alvinston Cemetery.
