Obituary of Alfred Liscumb

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Saturday, April 9, 2011 Alfred Wesley Liscumb of Ilderton at the age of 100. Loving husband of the late Ruth Liscumb (nee Robson). Loving father of Doug (P.J.) Liscumb, Glenn (Helen) Liscumb and Janice (Paul) Tunks. Dear grandfather of Dawn and Greg (Denise) Tunks, Robin and Seanna Liscumb and Christopher, Stephanie and Michael Liscumb. Loving brother of the late Wilfred Liscumb and the late Emma Rogers. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig, 519-293-3331under the auspices of Masonic Lodge Doric 289, Lobo. Interment to take place at St. George's Cemetery, Hyde Park. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Chelsey Park Retirement Home and the wonderful nurses at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital for their exceptional care for Alfred. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Alfred.
