I just found out that "Mother Pauli" is in the presence of Jesus. I hadn't seen her since Doug's death but I so loved her heart. My kids and I visited her several times in Aisla Craig. Loved hearing from her at Christmas each year. She has a special place in my heart.

My condolences to the family. I spent many hours sitting on the porch visiting with her and Doug, enjoying her awesome pies, when Doug was my boss at the Legion.

We were sorry to hear of Polly’s passing but know she is now rejoicing in heaven with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. As we were looking through the online photos we noticed one with my Mom and Dad and I was reminded of Doug and Polly’s great friendship with my parents; they will all be missed but remain alive in our memories. As you mourn the loss of your Mom may you experience God’s presence in the days ahead.

Our condolences to Pat, Jim and the Hindmarsh Family. Having her as our next door neighbor and friend for many years has been a pleasure. My children and I have always known her as Aunt Polly. We have so many fond memories of our summer porch gathering for watermelon as well as the winter card games. Aunt Polly was such a kind and loving soul. Rest In Peace Aunt Polly

I first met Polly and Doug at my daughter's wedding to their son Clive. Polly was a gracious and clean hearted human with the capacity to love everyone, in my opinion. She immediately included my daughter as part of her family which I was so grateful for as I lived so far away from them. My daughter, Mary Helen, in turn loved her mother-in-law so very much and I picked up from our phone calls that she felt very protective toward Polly. As well as, Doug Sr., who could make her laugh so heartily. Polly is now with her loved ones which is what we all hope for. I'm sure there is a special place in heaven for her and her gentle soul. Rest well dear Polly.

Our sincere condolences to Jim and Patricia on the loss of your mom. We both knew Pauli through Community Bible Church Hwy 7, and Barb worked with Pauli in the Ailsa Craig chapter of Women Aglow several years ago.
Pauli was such an encourager to all ages and through various stages in our personal lives. We can only imagine her delight to see her Lord and Saviour face to face. May God comfort you and your families as you mourn the loss of your mom.
