Obituary of Evan Stead

Passed away peacefully at Sprucedale Care Centre, Strathroy on Friday February 11, 2011. Evan Francis Stead of Strathroy and formerly Adelaide Twp. in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Evelyn Stead (Squire) of Strathroy and Dear step father of Marie Smith of Kerwood and Nancy Hepburn (Doug) of London and also survived by a faithful friend Eric Vandeven and family. Loved by step grandchildren Lisa and Steven also by 3 great step grandchildren Jessica, Autumn and Quinn as well as many nieces and nephews, brother in law Earl (Jim) and sisters in law Marion, Velma, and Laureen. Predeceased by his brothers Harry, Jack, Vern and George Stead. Cremation has taken place. A family memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will take place at St. Ann's Cemetery, Adelaide Village. Donations in memory of Evan to the St. John's Anglican Church or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
