Obituary of Louis Drake

Peacefully at Sprucedale Care Centre, Strathroy, on Monday, November 22, 2010, Louis Alexander Drake in his 97th year. Loving husband of the late Evelyn Drake (nee Harris) and Ada Drake (Rolls). Dear father of Sylvia (Bill) Thirlwall and the late Marilyn Drake. Survived by grandchildren Jeff (Giselle) Thirlwall, Bob (Patti) Thirlwall, Karen Thirlwall, Debbie (Mark) Schultz and Danny Thomas. Beloved great grandfather of Sarah, Brad, Matthew, Krista and Ryan. Predeceased by Siblings Everett, Roy, Keith, Jim and Velma. A private family burial will take place at Strathroy Cemetery. Friends will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, November 26th from 1:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 pm with Dr. Brian McKenzie and Reverend David Mitchell officiating. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Strathroy-Middlesex General Hospital Foundation.
