Obituary of John Pimperton

Peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre - University Hospital on Friday, January 22, 2010, John Warren Pimperton of Denfield at the age of 78 . Loving husband of Jean Pimperton (nee Nutt). Beloved father of Nancy Wilde, John Pimperton, Dorothy Pimperton, Charlie (Heather) Pimperton, Patti Pimperton (Mark Maycock) and Step-father of Larry Nutt (Norma McInley), Lynn (Joe) Ryan, Pam Heartlieb, David (Donna) Mitchell and Chris (Sue) Mitchell. Survived by 25 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Dear brother of Muriel Worotny. Predeceased by son in law Sonny Wilde, sisters Florence, Myrtle and Margaret and stepson Garry Nutt. Friends will be received at T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig on Sunday, January 24th from 7-9 pm and on Monday, January 25th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 26th at 11:00 am from the funeral home chapel with Reverend Pirie Mitchell officiating. Interment at a later date in Denfield Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or to a charity of your choice. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to John.
