Suddenly at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Sunday, January 3, 2010, Frank Kanters in his 82nd year. Born in Elsendorp, Netherlands on March 8, 1928. Beloved husband of Adriana Kanters. Dear father of Maria (Mike) Janssens of Watford, Henry (Alice) Kanters of Elmwood, Albert (Teresa) Kanters of London, Frank (Lori) Kanters of Strathroy and Janet (Garry) Shmorong of Standard, Alberta. Special Grandpa of Michelle (Sergio) Ferreira, Matt Janssens, Michael (Judy) Janssens, Marcus (Selena) Janssens, Christopher (Megan) Kanters, Patrick Kanters, Scott Kanters, Carissa (Jason) Maule, Tyler Kanters and Kevin Kanters. Special Great Grandpa of Olivia Ferreira, Kody Kanters, Lilah Janssens and Everett Janssens. Loving Brother of Marinus of Strathroy, Harry, Anton and Coby all of Holland. Family and friends will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St.W Strathroy on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in All Saints Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Father Ted Johnson officiating. Private interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital or St. Joseph's Health Care NeoNatal Unit would be appreciated.
