Obituary of Jan Dykstra

Suddenly, at his home on Friday, September 25, 2009, John Dykstra of Strathroy at the age of 75. Loving husband of the late Greta Dykstra (nee Watson) (1992) and the late Noreen Dykstra (nee Hurst) (2009). Son of the late Pieter (2003) and Sibbeltje (nee Brouwer) Dijkstra (1964). Survived by 5 brothers and 4 sisters, and predeceased by 1 brother and 2 sisters all in Holland. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends were received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Wednesday, September 30 from 10am till 11am when a funeral and committal service were held with Pastor Walt DeRuiter officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
