Obituary of Viola Foster

Peacefully with her family by her side, Viola May (Lythgoe) Foster of Kerwood, on September 19, 2009, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Russell Foster (1973). Loving mother of Ruthanne Freer (Pete Scholtens) of Mount Brydges, Wayne and Marilyn of Kerwood, Shelley and Wayne Westgate of Watford. Loved and will be missed by her 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Dear daughter of the late George and Mary Ellen Lythgoe. Also survived by her sister-in-law Marjorie Foster of Watford. Predeceased by her son-in-law Ron Freer, brother George Lythgoe and sisters Doris Barnes and Lily Shamblaw. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W, Strathroy on Monday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at 1 p.m. with Thelma Perry as celebrant. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. In memory of Viola, donations may be made to the SMGH would be appreciated.
