Obituary of Kathryn Merrick

Kathryn passed away suddenly at Strathroy Hospital on June 9, 2009 in her 46th year. She is the beloved wife of Mark of Kerwood and loving mother of Melissa and Nicole Taylor and the cherished grandmother of Ethan Taylor and Elaina Azevedo. Kathy is the devoted daughter of Gwen Janes of Mount Brydges and the late Homer Janes, and Steve and Edi Gallagher of Thorndale. Kathy is the loving sister of Roger and Olive Janes of Mount Brydges and Sheila and Bill Bouwmeester of Poplar Hill. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be remembered by her mother in law June Merrick and step daughters Nicole, Jessica and Erin. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W Strathroy on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Dave Adams officiating. Interment to follow in Mount Brydges Cemetery. In memory of Kathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
