Obituary of Dorothy McKinlay

Peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Thursday November 6,2008. With her family by her side Dorothy Frances (Borland) McKinlay (RN)of London and formerly Ilderton. Beloved wife of the late Finlay Lewis McKinlay (1986). Dear mother of David and his wife Patricia McKinlay of Ingersoll, Todd McKinlay of Toronto, daughter in law Patricia McKinlay of Ilderton, Paul McKinaly and Helen Cus of London, Patricia Miller of Woodstock and Tim Miller of London. Dear grandmother of Meredith and Donovan Moser, Jeff and Sarah McKinlay, Fin and Kyle McKinlay, Ben, Sam and Luke Miller. Great grand mother of Tyler Moser, Also survived by brothers Edward, Jim and Allan Borland and their families and sisters in law Lucy Wales and Marjorie Hughes and their families. Dorothy was a Registered Nurse with Dr. Meredith and Brubacher in Ilderton for 37 years. Visitation will be held at T. Stephenson and Son Funeral Home, 171 Main St., Ailsa Craig, Ont. on Saturday, November 8th, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and Sunday November 9 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral service will be held at St. Georges Anglican Church, 13 Mile Rd., west of Denfield Rd. Monday, November 10, 2008 at 11am with Rev Dr. Keith Fleming officiating. Interment St. Georges Cemetery. An Eastern Star Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday November 9th at 6:30pm under the direction of Veritas Chaper #128 Strathroy. Donations to the St George's Anglican Church Memorial Fund in memory of Dorothy would be appreciated by the family.
