Obituary of William Dixon

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Sunday, November 2, 2008. William Alex Dixon of Ailsa Craig and formerly London and Lambeth in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Annie Dixon (Cushman) (1990). Survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren including Pat and Frank Kovacs and family (Strathroy), Bill and Trish Phillips (Alberta), Terry and Don Phillips (London), Dave Phillips and family (California) and Benny and Samantha Phillips (Arizona). Special grandfather of Wendy Brintnell and special great-grandfather of Shannon, Ashley and Candace. Predeceased by 6 sisters and 3 brothers. Visitation will be held at the T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig on Thursday, November 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7 at 1:30 PM with Rev. David Mitchell officiating. Interment to follow in Carlisle Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society or Sunshine Foundation would be appreciated.
