Patricia “Pat” Davies

It is with heavy hearts the family of Patricia "Pat" Davies announces her passing on March 27, 2024 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Davies (2021). Loving mother of Brenda (Jim) Demopoulos, Sandra (Mike) Henry and Bradley (Ann) Davies. Cherished grandmother of Ryan (Sarah), Laura (Jonathan), Danielle (Nick), Chris, Justin (Clorissa), Adam (Katrina). Survived by 7 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Ward and Thelma Boam. Will be missed by her sister- in- law Marion (late Bob) Gaukrodger as well as her nieces and nephew. 

Pat was an amazing, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Family was always most important to her. Prior to having children, she was a well-respected executive secretary. Pat was also an accomplished pianist who played for Kensal Park Baptist Church. She volunteered for many church and school activities. She was the best "taxi" mom ever, driving her kids to many extra curriculars. She also loved babysitting her grandchildren. Mom was our matriarch, our leader and never stopped teaching us valuable life lessons.

For the last 3 years of Pat's life, she resided in Strathmere Lodge in Strathroy where she enjoyed the music and made many friends. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

A private graveside service will take place at Nairn Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to The Alzheimer’s Society or Strathmere Lodge would be appreciated by the family.
