Obituary of Howard Saunders

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Wednesday, April 16, 2008. Howard Wilbert Saunders of Strathroy in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Marilyn (Hyatt) Saunders. Dear father of Terry Saunders, Mark (Jean) Saunders, Cindy (Steve) Pollard and Wendy (Geoffery) Shields. Loving grandfather of Mayna, Jordan, Jeffery, Jason, Jeremy, Geoffrey and Daniel and great-grandfather of Lilly and Adrian. Also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by his sons Wilbert and Jeffrey, granddaughter Carole Shields and 7 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, April 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19 at 2 PM with Rev. Charles Seed officiating. Interment to follow in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Strathroy Hospital Foundation CT Scanner Fund would be appreciated.
