Obituary of Jean Vanderhill

Passed away peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday April 4, 2008. Gone to be with her Lord, Jantje(Jean) Vanderhill of Strathroy in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerrit Vanderhill (1990) and dear mother of Gerry Fisher and her husband Rev. Ronald of Waterloo, Robert Vanderhill and his wife Inez of Dorchester, Diane Roorda and her husband George of Florida, Herman Vanderhill and his wife Ina of Lambeth, and Jerry Vanderhill of Sarnia. Grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of 22 and also survived by daughter in law Lorraine Pitts of Sarnia and 3 sisters and 5 brothers. Predeceased by a great grand son and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home 32 Metcalfe St W Strathroy on Monday April 7th, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to9:00pm and also Tuesday April 8th at 11:00am with Interment at Strathroy Cemetery at 12:00pm. A memorial service will be held at Westmount Christian Reformed Church 405 Drury Lane Strathroy on Tuesday April 8th at 1:00pm Pastor Anthony Vanden Ende officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to Strathroy Community Christian School would be appreciated.
