Obituary of William Stanley

It is with sad hearts that the family of William Dougald Stanley of Alvinston, age 68 years, announces his sudden passing at Bluewater Health, Sarnia, Ontario, on July 3, 2007. Beloved husband of Gladys June (Lucas) Stanley of 44 years. Dear father of Sheree Payne and Stew Vanderveen, Kevin and Pam Stanley, Laurie Payne and Tom Viar, Candie and Lyne Stanley, Deanna Stanley and John McCauley and Angela and Eric Ferguson and son-in-laws Bob Payne and Ken Payne. Loving grandfather of 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his mother and father; Ethel and Dougald Stanley, 2 brothers, 1 sister, 2 grandsons; Ryan and Noah and granddaughter Aimee. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
