Obituary of Gorden Cruden

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Tuesday, September 12th, 2006, Gorden L. Cruden in his 71st year, passed away peacefully after a short courageous battle with Cancer with his wife Gloria of 47 years and family members at his side. He will be missed by his two sons Robert and Joseph and his daughter Jeannie (Andy) and his grandchildren Sydnee and Cody and their mother Mary, and also Teddy and Joseph. Also survived by brothers George (June), James (Helen), sisters Violet and Winnie and also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and many friends. Predeceased by his daughter Donna Marie and his brothers and sisters William, John, Jessie and Phyllis. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Thursday, September 14th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with service from the Chapel Friday, September 15th, 2006 at 1 p.m. with Dr. Brian McKenzie officiating. Interment Strathroy Cemetery. There will be a R.C.R. Memorial Service at the Funeral Home on Thursday, September 14th at 7 p.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
