Obituary of Eula McQueen

Peacefully at her daughter's home in Coldstream on Wednesday, July 19, 2006. Eula May (Merrick) McQueen at 84 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Douglas C. McQueen (1989). Cherished mother of Glenn & Lori of New Westminster B.C., Heather & Wayne Greig of Coldstream & Roger & Marilyn of Delaware. Loving grandma to Steve & Jodi McQueen, Paul McQueen & Leeanne Moir, Jamie Greig (1992), Ben & Jodi Greig, Scott Greig, Michelle & Mike Boyko, Rob McQueen & Randy McQueen. Great Grandma of Brock Boyko & Sophie Greig. Fondly remembered by Judy,Fernando & Jeff, Christine, Carol & families. Dear sister & sister-in-law of Ruth & the late Stanley Merrick (1996) & Bernice & Bill Smith. Survived by several nephews & nieces. Predeceased by her parents Charles (1953) & Mae (Ferguson) Merrick (1984), in-laws Harold and Anne McQueen-Margaret & Lawrence Mann. In keeping with Eula's request cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held in the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Friday, July 21 from 7-9 P.M. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday at the Melville Ivan United Church with Rev. Pam Tolmay officiating. Donations to the Strathroy V.O.N., Melville Ivan United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by Eula's family.
