Obituary of Antonio Duarte

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Wednesday, July 5th, 2006 in his 78th year, Antonio Freitas Duarte of Strathroy. Antonio is survived by his Loving wife Fernanda of 51 years. Loving father of Joe (Donna Gagnon) Duarte of Strathroy and Mike Duarte of St. Thomas. Will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Justin, Jesse, Nicole, Kelly, Sadie, Jordan and Hayley and Emily Duarte. Great grandfather to Logan Duarte. Antonio will be remembered by sisters Salome Duarte, Amelia Almeida (Jose) both of the Azores and brother Jorge (Teresa) Duarte of Mississauga. Sister in law Lourdes Lopes (Jose) of the Azores and Special Godfather to Fatima Melo (Victor) of Strathroy and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home in Strathroy on Friday, July 7th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9pm with Prayers to be said at 8:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 8th, 2006 at 10am from All Saints Roman Catholic Church in Strathroy with Father Michael Kiszko Celebrant. Interment to follow at All Saints Catholic Cemetery. Donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
