Obituary of David Hitchen

David Jonathan Hitchen, in his 34th year, passed away peacefully with his family and friends at his side, and in his heart at the London Health Sciences Centre on May 25, 2006 after a courageous fight with cancer. Beloved husband to Christine Hitchen (VandenHeuvel) and loving father to Grace (11 months) and Madison (2 1/2 years) Hitchen. Son of Darlene (Pinkett) and Roger Giguere and the late David Hitchen. Son-in-law to Arnold and Kia VandenHeuvel. Dear friend and brother to Peter, Darren and Phillip Hitchen. Caring brother-in-law to Karen and Larry Moore, Karen Hitchen, Carrie Hitchen, Kim Hitchen, Alexandra and Vincent VandenHeuvel. Cherished uncle to Alex, Chelsea, Liam, Declan, DJ, Takara, Summer Lee, Brandon, Joy, Emma, Adam and Larissa. Donations to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Visitation will be held at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home in Strathroy (519-245-1023) on Monday, May 29, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. with parish prayers at 8:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 30, 2006, at All Saints Parish at 11am with Father Rick Janisse Celebrant.
