Obituary of Sietse Spoelstra

On July 1st, 2005, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, the Lord took home his child Sietse (Cecil) Spoelstra in his 93rd year. Much loved father of John (Tine) Spoelstra and Antonia (Martin) Speelman of Strathroy. Beloved Grandpa (Pake) of Andrew (Penny) Spoelstra, Kathy (Marc) Clark, Martin (Debbie) Spoelstra, Peter (Carol) Speelman, Henriette (Martin) Baelde, Charles Speelman, Marlene (Wilf ) Allaer, Annette Wilpstra and Mark (Julie) Speelman. Pake will be missed by his 22 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, July 4th from 7-9 p.m. at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy. Private burial will take place on Tuesday, July 5th at 10:00 a.m. in Elmdale Cemetery, St. Thomas, Ont . There will be a Memorial Service on Tuesday, July 5th at 2 p.m. at Westmount Christian Reformed Church Strathroy with Pastor Fred Van der Berg officiating. Donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
