Obituary of Donalda Lamont

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Friday, January 28th, 2005, Donalda Georgina Lamont (Ward) of Komoka in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late John Lamont (1995) and dear mother of Allan and Freida Lamont of Komoka, Gord and Dorothy Lamont of Strathroy, Jack and Dolores Lamont of Komoka and Helen and Harry Baird of Komoka. Dear grandmother of Carolyn, Gary, Paul, Robert, Ray, Kimberly, and Angela. Lovingly missed by 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Also survived by sisters-in-law Alma Mason of London and Anna and her husband Powell Barclay of Poplar Hill and Mary Ward. Predeceased by a brother Cliff Ward. Visitation will be held at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Sunday, January 30th, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 31, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. from the funeral home with Rev. Kathy Fraser officiating. Interment Poplar Hill Cemetery. Donations to the North Caradoc St. Andrews Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family.
