Obituary of Roy Down

Suddenly on Monday, October 20, 2003. Roy Down of Strathroy in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Betty Down (Dennis). Dear father of Marlene Dorrestyn, Karen and Jim Mussell and Gerry and Diane Down all of Strathroy. Loving grandfather of Shaun and Chris Dorrestyn, Wendy and Melissa Mussell and Andrea and Kyle Down. Also survived by his sister Leola (Russell) Smith of Denfield. Predeceased by his brother Melvin. Visitation at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Thursday, October 23 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24 at 1 PM with Rev. Marjorie Smith officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
