Brian, the beloved son-in-law of Andy, says:
"The years we've shared have been full of joy. The memories we've made will go on and on. I haven't stopped crying since you went away, and I've asked God time and again why couldn't you stay. You lit up my life, my hopes, and my dreams. You've opened my eyes to see what it all means.So now that you're gone how can I forget; Because you were the greatest out of all I have love you my good man Andy Kouroufexis". Rest In Peace!

Andy's son in law, Mark, says:
"Andy, taught me how important family is;
He reminded me that passion is a good thing;
I know how much he loved Anne, his wife;
It's O.K. to place high expectations on your children especially when
you give them the confidence to succeed.
He was very proud of his little girls.
He found love all over again in the faces and sounds from Dominic and
Vienna, his grandchildren.
His brother in law Mark says (in memory of Andy) inter alia:
"...Andy was probably the best read man I have ever known. He had no letters behind his name but possessed knowledge and understanding on a
variety of subjects that would diminish the most learned of men.
...he even studied relegion and I was privileged to have him give me a lesson or two. He also studied philosophy and sociology to that he might better understand himself and his fellow man. He even studied the stars and the cosmos looking up above and beyond himself.
...I know he had great plans for his daughters and for his grandchildren but that does not mean they can not be realized. His wife, Anne, will see to it that Andy's dreams for his family continue to become realized in their lives. Anne has lost her best friend but not her inspiration. Andy lives on in his childredn Andrea and Sonia and in his grand-children Dominic and Vienna and in all of us who were touched by his life...
...Andy's place was to be a husband, a father, a grand-father and a businessman. But he will forever remain a brother, an Uncle, a friend, a teacher and a Carpenter. Let what Andy has built out of his life inspire you to build something just as lasting out of yours..."
Rest In Peace, Andy! We thank you very much!

I have work next to Andy's Pizza for over 10 years now, and have been blessed to get to know and become close to Andy, Anne, Andrea, and Sonia. The Kouroufexis family is an inspiration to how loving and close a family can be. I see them together EVERY day....wether they are working side by side or the girl's have brought their beautiful children to visit. I am going to miss seeing Andy park his car and "saunter" across the parking lot. Andy never rushed or walked quickly.....he always walked with this relaxed saunter about him. I have enjoyed and will miss dearly seeing him and his grandson Dominic stroll up and down the sidewalk, having "guy time". The love and respect both Andrea and Sonia have for their father is inspirational and a bond not many get to experience. My thoughts and prayers are with the Kouroufexis family during this heart breaking time xo
