Obituary of Janice Malcolm

Peacefully with family by her side at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, December 13, 2012 Janice "Bird" Irene Malcolm (nee Slater) of Ailsa Craig at the age of 62. Loving wife of Randy Malcolm for 43 years. Beloved mother of Tara (Joe) Gillard, Todd (Julie) Malcolm and Shana Malcolm and her friend Wes. Survived by grandchildren Jenna, Lucas Malcolm and Hannah Gillard and step grandchildren Dave, Andria and Cody Gillard. Sadly missed by her siblings Nancy (Robert) Thomson, Gary (Tracy) Slater, Gail (Dave) McVeeney and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 2PM at the Ailsa Craig Legion (155 Queen Street, Ailsa Craig). As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society in honor of Nancy Thomson.
