Obituary of Shirley Griffiths

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Saturday. January 26, 2013, Shirley Ann Griffiths (nee Wilson) at the age of 75. Loving wife of Leslie Griffiths for almost 50 years. Beloved mother of Gregory James, the late Jeffery and Graham Philip (Lori). Dear grandmother of Ciara Deanne and Travis Philip. Shirley treasured the Strathroy community and volunteered with the VON-Meals on Wheels, Strathroy Hospital Auxiliary and the Strathroy Horticulture Society all of which she made many friends and gained plenty of wonderful memories which she cherished. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at Denning Bros Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, February 1st from 1:00 PM until the time of the celebration of life at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment to take place in Strathroy Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.
