Obituary of Irene Lipsit

At Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington Ontario on Tuesday May21, 2013 Irene Ellen (Seili) Lipsit formerly of Strathroy. Daughter of the late John and Edith (Liddle) Seili. Former wife of the late Clifford Lipsit of Delaware. Beloved mother of Dr. Sharon Lipsit of Burlington. Dearly loved sister of Vera Bothan of London, Arnold Seili of Wheatley and sister in law of Innes Dibbley of Wheatley and also survived by many nieces, nephews. Predeceased by sister Marion Dibbley, (2010) and brother Lawrence Seili (2002), and sisters/brothers in law Wes Botham, Peggy Seili, Doreen Seili, Gladys and Frank McKay and Verna and Corbin Corsaut. Irene was Head Nurse of the medical floor at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital for many years. Funeral service was held at DENNING BROS. FUNERAL LTD., STRATHROY on Friday May 24th at 11:00 am with Rev. Julia Sinclair officiating . Interment to be held at Woodland Cemetery, London. Donations in memory of Irene to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Irene.
