Obituary of Robert Campbell
It is with sadness that we mourn the loss of Robert Kenneth Campbell in his 82nd year at Strathroy Hospital on Friday, May 24, 2013. Beloved husband of 58 years to Jean Campbell (nee Robson). Loving father of Dean (Frankie) Campbell, Lynn (Robert) Galajda, Brian (Janet) Campbell, Brenda (Gary) Kettlewell and Beth (Bernie) Houben. Survived by grandchildren Neal (Erin) Galajda, Robert Galajda, Michael (Nicole) Campbell, Deanna (Jason) Breedon, Greg (Randi) Campbell, Julia Campbell, Ryan Riczu, Christopher, Craig, Mark and Erika Kettlewell and Nicole and Miranda Houben. Also survived by 8 great granddaughters. Forever remembered by siblings Helen Collver, Ann Harrison and Susan (Murray) Andrews. Brother in law of Maisie Campbell, Glen (Ulila) Robson. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Douglas & Helen Campbell, brothers Hume, Donald and Ross and sister in law Miriam Campbell and brothers in law Frank Collver and Sandy Harrison. Robert was the founder of Campbell's Outdoor Power Equipment that he started in 1980. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Sunday, May 26th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held from Strathroy United Church on Monday, May 27th at 11:00 am with Reverend Julia Sinclair officiating. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation.
