Obituary of Emgert Molenhuis

God peacefully called Bert home on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, in his 83rd year, after a short battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Waterham) for 50 years. Dear father of Henry (Debbie), Christina Archer (Mike), John (Joyce), Alicia Looyenga (Ed), and Anne Marie Edwards (Skeptic), and loving opa of 11 grandchildren; Jayna (Donovan), Devin (Kristi), Olivia, Ian, Lauren, Aaron, Aidan, Tobin, Isaac, Anneke and Ruby. Fondly remembered by siblings Hilbrand, Henry and Diny and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Hendrik and Aaltje, brother Eiko and sister Alida. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received on Friday, February 14th from 7-9 pm at Westmount Christian Reformed Church, 405 Drury Lane, Strathroy where a memorial service will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 1 p.m. with Reverend Dr. Peter Hoytema officiating.
