Obituary of Joan Mitchell

Peacefully passed at LHSC-University Campus on June 4th, 2016, Joan Mitchell of Ailsa Craig in her 79th year. Dear wife of the late Ron Mitchell (2006). Loving mother of Wayne (Jennifer), Dennis and Michael (Sue). Cherished Grandma of Cameron, Katelyn, Tyler, Angela, Julie, Megan, Nicole and Jorja. Survived by her great-grandchildren Jacks, Oliver & Avery. Predeceased by her parents Wellwood and Alice Gill and her siblings Colleen and Morgan. Visitation will be held at DENNING’S OF AILSA CRAIG on Tuesday June 7th, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday June 8th, 2016 at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
