Obituary of Frederick David Branston

In Memory of Frederick David Branston 1948 - 2017 At Lake City, Florida on Sunday, July 30th, 2017 at age 69. Father of Jody (Phil) Black of Blyth,ON, Julie (Jay) Pickering of St. Marys, ON, Sarah (Dan) Branston of Oldsmar,FL Grandfather of Tyler, Kayla, Charlee, Cyler, Colt and Aubrey. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Sadie (Gardner) Branston of Ailsa Craig, ON Fred worked his whole life in the Standardbred Harness Racing Industry as an owner, trainer and driver. His work took him from Ontario to New York to Pennsylvania to Florida and back to Ontario where he managed the racetrack at Woodbine and Mohawk. Cremation has taken place. A private funeral service will be held in Delaware. A Celebration of Life to be held Tuesday, August 15th 1-3 pm at DENNINGS OF AILSA CRAIG.
