Obituary of Gerald Hugh Rose

At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Sunday, October 21^st, 2018; Gerald Hugh Rose of Ailsa Craig passed away at the age of 76. Loving husband of Penny Rose (neé Dennis). Dear father of Shayne Rose (Terri Rowan). Proud stepfather of Carrie (Mike) Montgomery and Pamela Steve) Lynch. Cherished grandfather of Zackery, Taylor, Owen and Nicholas. Survived by his sisters Eleanor (Bruce) Chambers and Isabel (Roy) Macrae. Gerald will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephew and many friends.

In keeping with Gerald’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family would like to invite everyone to the Ailsa Craig Community Centre (155 Annie Ada Shipley Street, Ailsa Craig), on Thursday, October 25^th, 2018 from 1-3 p.m. for a time of fellowship and to share fond memories of Gerald. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation or the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Beechwood would be appreciated by the family.
